Great Original Pair Antique Chinese Carved Gilt Wood Foo Dog Figurines

This listing is for a gorgeous pair of antique Chinese hand carved gilt wood Foo Dog figurines. Beautifully hand crafted pair of Chinese figurines with fine details, complete with free moving ball inside of large pierced "world" under male dog's foot. The carved wood surface is decorated with gold leaf over typical brick red finish.

The pair are in excellent condition although left facing dog has a no-harm stress crack over back leg (see photos). Measure 5" high, 7 1/2" long and 4 wide. Combined weight is 2.6 pounds. Have been in the Antiques business for over 30 years and try to describe our items as accurately as possible.
