Antique Pair Rustic Spanish Carved Wood Chairs Baluster Heart 17th C. Antique pair of rustic chairs in hand carved wood showing on the back baluster with heart on the top made in Spain during the 17th century. They are mounted with tenons and through-wedged mortises.

34 1/4" height overall 16 7/8" and 17 3/4" seating height 10" width 14 depth. Good condition, one seat is not original and the other has been repaired, as presented on the following pictures. Les dossiers sont mouvementés d'un balustre soutenant un coeur ailé. Elles sont montées à tenons, mortaises à lumière fixées par des coins. Une assise refaite, l'autre restaurée, restaurations d'usage sur tous les bouts de pieds. Hauteur totale 87cm, hauteurs assise 43cm et 45cm, largeur 40.5cm, profondeur35.5cm.
